- We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Officer to oversee daily operations across several branches, ensure compliance with lending policies, and drive efficiency in service delivery. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures in line with company strategy.
- Supervise and support branch managers to ensure smooth loan processing and excellent client service.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies. Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate training and development programs for operations and branch staff. Manage resource allocation to support business growth and expansion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of [3] years' experience in operations management, branch management, preferably in a microfinance.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to manage branch operations.
