- Translate client briefs into innovative interior design concepts, incorporating functionality, aesthetics, and budget considerations.
- Develop detailed layouts, space plans, mood boards, and materials palettes to communicate design intent.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and material take-offs based on design proposals and technical drawings.
- Select materials and finishes aligned with design specifications and project budgets,
- Monitor and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on cost performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee installation and implementation of design projects on-site to ensure alignment with both the creative vision and budgetary parameters.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination from concept to completion.
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in interior design and/or quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- A portfolio showcasing interior design projects and/or QS involvement.
- Strong creative and aesthetic sense with technical design proficiency.
- Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
- Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and facilitate provision of audit schedules and documentation.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate tax returns (e.g., VAT, CIT, WHT, PAYE), reconcile tax accounts, and maintain complete supporting documentation.
- Liaise with tax authorities on audits and queries, ensuring full compliance with local and international tax regulations, including OECD BEPS and transfer pricing.
- Track tax legislation changes, evaluate their business impact, and support the execution of tax-efficient and risk-mitigating strategies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and contribute to strengthening internal financial reporting controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
- CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, tax, or audit (preferably in a corporate or consultancy environment).
- Strong understanding of local and international tax laws and financial reporting standards (IFRS or GAAP).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Manage financial modeling and forecasting for the Group's performance, supporting strategic planning and debt/equity fundraising.
- Develop asset, liability, and cash flow models to identify funding needs and assess financial risks.
- Oversee data collection and management processes.
- Use data visualization to create reports for management, shareholders, and lenders, providing business insights.
- Collaborate with management to develop reports and generate actionable insights.
- Coach and transfer skills to key staff in subsidiaries on using data and visualization tools to meet local needs.
- Prepare standalone and consolidated budgets for the Group.
- Manage the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts.
- Degree in finance, computer science or other numerate subject or recognised international professional qualification.

- Manage recruitment, time tracking, contracts, and separation for seasonal/casual workers in line with production needs.
- Address absenteeism, lateness, and misconduct; promote worker welfare and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR, with formal training in HR matters.
- Proactive, outgoing, and capable of building strong relationships with factory workers and supervisors.
- Ability to manage seasonal and casual workers effectively.
- Comfortable living and working in a remote location.
- Preference will be given to male candidates due to logistical considerations.
