  • The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust client base, managing key accounts, and developing strategic sales initiatives to boost hotel occupancy and revenue. They will serve as the face of the hotel to corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers, ensuring superior client satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality and corporate sectors.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through excellent service and communication.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections.
  • Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and close deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Provide timely market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client data on the CRM system.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role exclusively within the hotel industry.
  • Proven success in account management, client acquisition, and revenue generation in hospitality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Strong network of corporate, travel trade, or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) clients is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and target-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
