- Develop and manage distributors for household energy storage systems via digital channels, providing product training, sales enablement tools, and end-to-end order support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize product solutions (e.g., off-grid/hybrid configurations) based on regional energy needs.
- Lead remote engagement with clients, including technical proposal review, contract negotiation, and post-sales issue resolution.
- Work cross-functionally to optimize customer journey metrics (e.g., on-time delivery rate, NPS).
