This role is pivotal to enhancing brand visibility, expanding market share, and building lasting relationships with customers in the internet service provider (ISP) space.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans aligned with business goals.
  • Drive brand positioning and visibility through integrated promotional campaigns and digital outreach.
  • Set and monitor departmental goals and sales performance metrics, using data insights to guide decision-making.
  • Drive corporate sales growth while leading and supporting the sales team, with a clear focus on achieving revenue targets and ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Lead outbound sales efforts including presentations, product demos, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Strategize in MDU sales activities and retention.
  • Foster and expand relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to secure long-term business.
  • Oversee the development of compelling advertising and promotional materials to support sales targets.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage pipelines, track leads, and optimize customer engagement processes.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistency across sales, marketing, technical and operational teams.
  • Provide market-driven insights to inform product innovation and pricing strategies.
  • Champion continuous improvement of marketing materials, customer touchpoints, and lead conversion tactics.
RequirementsSkills and Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior sales and marketing roles, preferably in the ISP.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing ISP environment is highly preferred.
  • Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or digital marketing are an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial success through strategic leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
