  • This role supports Equity Group to ensure that all the websites and mini sites and their content support in driving the necessary communications and .campaigns to support brands and initiatives as well as corporate communication interests.
Your tasks
  • Develop the websites and mini sites for all Equity Group entities in line with the strategies and the business needs
  • With the marketing department, create visual assets such as landing pages, websites, advertisements, brochures, flyers and catalogues Consolidate all approved content and upload into the sites within the existing designs or change the web design to incorporate new content and initiatives
  • Monitor the traffic into the websites and customise the designs to ensure that the sites realise the target objectives
  • Work with other teams in developing and managing other interphases such as relevant apps, social media handles and any other relevant linkages.
  • Work with the businesses, departments and subsidiaries to run campaigns that are regular and ad hoc
  • design navigation-friendly wireframes, websites and mock-ups that are usable, persuasive and visually enticing.
  • Develop functional graphics, digital proofing, UI/UX designs and visual concepts that catch the eye and inspire users.
  • Create responsive templates for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and tablets.
  • Manage website layouts, logos and branding in alignment with the brand values and target audience.
QualificationsRequired skills and qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in graphic designing, web designing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with website development languages such as HTML, python, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Competency in handling content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Experience with responsive design, UI/UX interface designs and user experience design principles.
  • 2+ years of experience as a full stack developer/web designer.
  • Experience in managing highly dynamic websites with multiple campaigns, communications needs and brands supported.
  • Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, layout design and usability principles, especially for websites.
  • A creative thinker with excellent visual communication skills, design multimedia skills and computer adeptness.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
