- Develop and execute the annual procurement and disposal plan.
- Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiations.
- Manage supplier performance, pre-qualification, and quarterly reviews.
- Enforce procurement policies, internal controls, and audit readiness.
- Oversee the procurement module in Sage X3 and drive automation.
- Mentor a small team (Procurement Officer and Assistant).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Certification: CIPS, KISM, or equivalent (mandatory).
- Experience: 5+ years in procurement, with demonstrable tendering and sourcing experience.
- Technical Skills: ERP proficiency (Sage X3 preferred); knowledge of procurement laws and contract management.
- Competencies: Strategic sourcing, financial acumen, stakeholder management, risk & compliance, leadership, and impeccable ethics.
