The Lease Administration Associate - Sales plays a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient parts sales process for our customers. The team members who will join this role will be responsible for generating accurate quotes, creating timely invoices, diligently tracking customer payments, and collaborating closely with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels. They will be a key point of contact for customers during the purchase journey, contributing to customer satisfaction by providing prompt support, clear communication, and a seamless end-to-end sales experience.Key ResponsibilitiesQuoting and Invoicing: Generate Accurate and professional quotes for customers based on part inquiries, ensuring all pricing and terms are clearly presented and understood.Payment Tracking and Follow Ups: Monitor customer payments diligently, within the Zoho Finance Platform, ensuring payments are made according to established guidelines and agreed-upon terms.Inventory Liaison: Work closely with the inventory team, staying informed on parts availability, stock levels, and incoming parts shipments. They will also assist in stock taking and record updating on the necessary platforms.Customer communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to part pricing, quotes, invoices, and payment status.Record keeping and reporting: Assist in generating basic reports related to sales volumes, payment statuses, and inventory movement as requested.RequirementsSkills & Abilities:A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong foundational computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspaces or Microsoft Office suite(Especially spreadsheets like Excel and Google Sheets)Good communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.Strong Organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record keeping.Familiarity with accounting software and tools, particularly Zoho, is a valuable asset.Benefits
