- Redirect and resolve incoming client and candidate inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Manage communication channels, including WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and company website.
- Collect, record, and report feedback from clients and candidates systematically.
- Support recruiters with follow-ups on candidate communication.
- Work closely with the CEO and Business Development team on new business inquiries.
- Schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) according to the content calendar.
- Monitor social media engagement, flag trends, and track audience questions.
- Maintain accurate records of client details, including contact information.
- Prepare and share timely reports with internal teams.
- Collaboration Points:
- Work with recruiters and coordinators to ensure inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Support the Sales team by redirecting correspondence and responding to potential client inquiries.
- Fresh graduate or student eager to gain practical experience in customer experience, administration, or communications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work well in a team environment.
