This hybrid role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong tourism experience, a passion for travel, and a desire to drive business growth in Kenya.The successful candidate will manage travel-related enquiries, build relationships with clients and agents, and support the sales and reservations teams to achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client and trade enquiries for luxury hotel stays and experiences
- Promote and sell the hotel collection to drive business growth in Kenya
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and partners
- Coordinate travel itineraries, reservations, and special requests for guests
- Provide personalised service and advice to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise occupancy and revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform strategy
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication with clients and stakeholders
- Strong tourism or travel industry experience
- Passion for people, travel, and delivering exceptional experiences
- Self-starter with a forward-thinking and proactive approach
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work within structured frameworks
- Driven and motivated to grow business in Kenya
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Must be local to Nairobi
- Available to start immediately
