- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their drilling plans and operational needs
- Promote and deliver tailored ReedHycalog solutions to maximize performance and value
- Identify new business opportunities, support tender processes, and expand market share
- Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and product performance
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful tool runs and customer satisfaction
- Manage the full sales cycle-from order processing to invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Drive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- A university degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
- Proven sales experience, ideally within oil & gas or drilling environments
- Strong understanding of drilling, geology, or hydraulics (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
