- Establishing the Endowment Office structures, including systems, processes, and operational frameworks.
- Developing and implementing endowment-related policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures in alignment with University statutes and governance structures.
- Providing financial and technical support in the formulation and execution of endowment fundraising and resource mobilization strategies.
- Coordinating endowment financial planning, budgeting, investment tracking, and reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and risk management standards applicable to endowment funds.
- Maintaining accurate financial records of endowment contributions, investments, and fund performance.
- Preparing periodic performance, compliance, and impact reports for University Management and the Board.
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A relevant professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
- At least five (5) years of working experience in fundraising, development work, partnerships, or resource mobilization.
- Strong analytical, financial reporting, and policy implementation skills.
