Our Client is a leading animal feed manufacturer and animal feed solutions provider in Kenya. The Marketing Executive will support brand growth and customer engagement by developing and executing digital marketing strategies. The role will focus on content creation, social media management, customer interaction, and supporting marketing campaigns to promote Our Client's products, increase brand visibility, and drive customer loyalty among farmers, distributors, and stockists.Key Responsibilities:A. Digital Marketing & Social Media ManagementDevelop and implement social media content calendars.Manage and grow Our Clients' social media platforms.Monitor trends in digital marketing within the agro-feed industry.Support digital advertising campaigns across social media channels.Track and report digital marketing performance metrics.B. Content DevelopmentCreate engaging marketing content including:Product promotion postsFarmer education contentFeeding tips and livestock management insightsPromotional campaign materialsWork with internal teams to obtain technical product information for content development.Respond to customer inquiries across social media platforms.Support online customer service and lead generation activities.Build relationships with farmers, distributors, and agro-dealers through digital platforms.Escalate customer concerns to relevant departments where necessary.D. Campaign SupportSupport product launches and promotional campaigns.Coordinate digital marketing activities with sales and customer experience teams.Assist in planning marketing events and field activations.E.
