What You’ll Do:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Oversee company car usage, scheduling, and maintenance.
  • Handle administrative budgets and maintain accurate records.
  • Support reception/front office duties and provide excellent first-point-of-contact service.
  • Offer administrative support across departments.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
  • Strong computer skills – especially MS Excel.
  • A valid driver’s license with driving experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
