- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities across key sectors
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and outreach
- Support client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and provide insights to guide business and marketing strategies
- Support development of strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Train and support sales team members where applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- At least 2 years' experience in business development, sales, or B2B client acquisition
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or service-based industries is an added advantage
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with a strong commercial focus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Results-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented
