- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Journalism or any other related discipline from a recognized university
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing, or communications
- Proven track record in managing brand campaigns or corporate identity projects is a plus
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and visual identity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Designing and implementing brand strategies to enhance visibility and reputation
- Ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all platforms
- Developing promotional materials such as brochures, banners and digital content
- Coordinating with designers, printers and media teams
- Supporting public relations efforts through branded campaigns
- Organizing events and exhibitions to promote the institution's image
- Tracking brand performance and public perception
- Preparing reports and recommendations for brand improvement
- Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
