Client Relations Manager at M.P. Shah Hospital

• Business Development - Will develop, implement, and deliver business development targets as per the sales plan by mapping and reviewing prospects, attending pitch meetings and reviewing engagement contracts. The jobholder will also conduct regular need-based market research to gather relevant data in order to analyse products, services, competition and trends.
• Client Relationship Management - Will establish and maintain business relationships with consultant doctors and medical fraternity, insurance companies and corporate clients
• Communication and reporting - This will entail effectively communicating and promoting products, services, packages, plans, features and benefits to the existing and prospective clients. The job holder will also compile and maintain reports as necessary for decision meaning
• Team Management - The successful candidate will guide, mentor, motivate and supervise the client relations team to accomplish their tasks and meet performance targets

• A minimum of a Bachelors' degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
• At least 5 years' working experience in a similar role, in business development and team management. Experience in the Health Industry is preferred.
• Should also possess/demonstrate the below competencies:
• Good analytical and negotiation skills.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. =
• Excellent Public Relations and Relationship building acumen.
