- Promote and sell ILAM’s investment products through partners and affinity groups to achieve the annual set target
- Discover new channel partners and assess their potential to contribute to our sales objectives and market penetration.
- Identify, establish and sustain robust relationships with partners and affinity groups.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective and existing partners and affinity groups.
- Oversee partner agreements, ensure adherence and optimize partner satisfaction and performance.
- Work with partners to create and execute joint marketing initiatives to generate demand and boost sales.
- Train and assist partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products or services and can effectively market and sell them.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on partner performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Liaise with the teams in Research, Business Development, Portfolio Managers and Client Service teams to identify opportunities to meet clients’ requirements.
- Keep abreast with developments in local, regional and global financial markets, investment products and opportunities to give appropriate investment advice.
- Measure and provide reports on partner sales production vs targets, partner operations and growth prospects within the required timeframe
- Deliver personalized services in an effective and efficient manner to partners and their clients in regards to their investments.
- Provide support for all client/partner engagement events and initiatives e.g. e.g. investor and partner education, annual investment conferences, client/partner appreciation events, corporate gifts etc.
- Ensure partner requests and complaints are addressed within the shortest turnaround time.
- Act as a relationship manager and ensure partners and their client base receive an overall positive experience.
