- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with Cigna Healthcare's goals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all levels of roles, primarily in Nairobi and also across international markets.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of channels, including direct search, job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to inform talent decisions and workforce planning.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs across multiple countries.
- Maintain accurate records and recruitment reports in compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives across the region and internationally.
- Collaborate on talent acquisition projects with colleagues in other countries, fostering best practice sharing and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR roles-ideally within a multinational or healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of positions.
- Strong understanding of the talent landscape and recruitment practices in Kenya; exposure to international recruitment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and digital recruitment tools.
