Job Details
  • Leads Identification: Identifying leads through websites, newspapers etc.
  • Proposal Coordination: Work to meet timelines, inputs, and deliverables for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other bid documents.
  • Content Development: Assist in writing, editing, and formatting proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams—Audit, Tax, and Advisory teams to gather and consolidate proposals.
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure proposals meet client requirements, follow branding guidelines, and adhere to submission standards.
  • Document Management: Maintain version control, backup master documents, and manage proposal templates.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Monitor proposal status, win/loss ratios, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Participate in departmental initiatives, events, and activities as requested.
Requirements
  • BA/BS/BSc (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior exposure to proposal writing, project coordination or business development.
  • Enthusiastic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and stakeholder engagement.
