
Warehouse Supervisor

- Supervise and allocate tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee the timely receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic cycle counts and stock takes, and reconcile variances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all warehouse activities.
- Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards, while ensuring staff follow all SOPs.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to build capability and ensure adherence to performance standards.
- Manage shift schedules, overtime, and staff allocation during peak periods.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
- Track and report on key warehouse KPIs, including stock accuracy, dispatch turnaround, damages, and operational costs.
- Lead safety initiatives, conduct toolbox talks, report incidents, and maintain compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
- Support internal and external audits through accurate record-keeping and compliance readiness.
- Resolve operational issues such as damages, shortages, returns, and disputes while minimizing disruption.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures within warehouse operations.
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to ERP (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent preferred) or Warehouse Management Systems.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- High integrity, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices; forklift license is an added advantage.
