- The Area Sales & Business Development Manager Congo will be responsible for managing sales operations within a specific geographical region, focusing on building relationships with distributors, retailers, and users to achieve sales targets and grow business within the Congolese market.
- Responsible for the delivery of project sales, through applicators, contractors and developers.
- Responsible for tracking performance against key project pipeline, review progress, manage exceptions
- Commercial understanding of the business to manage receivables as per laid out norms
- Responsible to specify, approve and execute both commercial & residential projects.
- Ability to conduct seminars, webinars, and other engagements with the influencers
- Share key insights and competitor initiatives to improve our strategy and execution plans
- Planning, reviewing, and enhancing the performance of each of the team member.
- Strengthening the capability of team and drive motivation, engagement to deliver high performance.
- Academic Background: Civil Engineer.
- Experience required: Candidate should have min 5-6 years in the construction chemicals segment.
