- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Meet with potential clients, present project details, and explain the benefits of the company’s construction and engineering expertise.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing support through the sales process.
- Sales Process Management:
- Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and address their inquiries about the project and property details.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the documentation process to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor projects.
- Provide insights to the sales team and management on customer feedback, industry trends, and areas for growth.
- Target Achievement and Reporting:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, including key metrics and feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and construction project life cycles.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and build lasting relationships.
