- Initiate contact via phone/email (warm or cold outreach).
- Educate prospective investors on the opportunity.
- Secure introductory Zoom calls with our leadership team.
- Help move prospects along the pipeline toward closing.
- Conduct outreach to high-net-worth individuals & investor leads.
- Warm up leads and schedule introductory calls with our executive team.
- Understand the fundamentals of the commercial real estate project (training provided).
- Communicate the value proposition confidently and professionally.
- Track outreach efforts in a CRM.
- Provide regular updates on call outcomes and investor interest.
- Fluent, polished English with a neutral or affluent tone.
- Prior experience in sales, investor relations, private equity, or commercial real estate is preferred but not required if you learn fast.
- Confident, professional phone presence.
- Strong ability to learn project details and articulate them clearly.
- Experience scheduling and conducting outreach via phone/email.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.
- Background in finance, wealth management, or real estate investments.
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Experience with investor prospecting tools or LinkedIn outreach.
