- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Educate clients on the property market, available listings, pricing, and processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Negotiate property deals and prepare necessary sales documentation.
- Stay up to date on real estate market trends, pricing, and local area developments.
- Provide weekly reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers through proactive networking.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, field sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel locally and conduct fieldwork as required.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and trends.
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, mobile apps).
- 1-3 years of real estate or field sales experience.
- Experience with residential and/or commercial property sales.
