  • Drive B2B sales through new client acquisition and effective account management
  • Manage the full end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional advertising and digital solutions to existing clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools
What we're looking for:
  • 2-3 years' proven B2B sales experience
  • Experience in fintech, insurance, microfinance, call centres, and/or an advertising agency is mandatory
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage a structured sales pipeline
  • Hands-on experience using CRM tools
  • Digital marketing experience is an added advantage
