  • To help us scale high-quality, affordable healthcare across Kenya. In this exciting role, the successful candidate will support and optimise the clinical and business systems that power our operations-from Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. You'll work at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and business-translating needs into smart system solutions that drive performance and enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with users across the company to analyse workflows and recommend process/system improvements.
  • Provide first-line technical support for key applications (EMR, ERP), ensuring issues are resolved within SLA timelines.
  • Develop clear documentation, process flows, and training materials to guide adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on system enhancements, updates, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Design automated workflows and support data integrity across business-critical platforms.
  • Ensure business continuity by maintaining system readiness and participating in ongoing improvement initiatives.
Knowledge, Experience & Personal Attributes.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in application/software support, business analysis, or a similar role (healthcare experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with EMR and ERP systems, business process mapping, SQL/database concepts, and IT service management practices.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player who is flexible, proactive, and committed to confidentiality and data integrity.
