  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ecosystem banking strategy tailored to the Faith-Based Organizations sector.
  • Design tailored financial solutions aligned to the needs of religious institutions, including banking, lending, digital channels, and value chain financing.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Establish and grow relationships with FBO leadership, umbrella organizations, religious associations, educational arms, and affiliated enterprises.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the bank and FBOs, ensuring strong brand positioning and sector trust.
Growth & Revenue Mobilization
  • Drive onboarding of FBO accounts and their affiliated institutions (e.g., schools, hospitals, community groups).
  • Expand wallet share through cross-sell of KCB products such as LPO financing, working capital loans, digital payments, school fee collection solutions, and more
Digital & Product Innovation
  • Collaborate with product and digital teams to co-create embedded solutions for tithe collections, church member accounts, mobile apps, and SME credit.
  • Explore and integrate fintech partnerships to digitize giving, reporting, and community engagement tools for FBOs.
Data-Driven Ecosystem Mapping
  • Map and maintain a live database of key FBO value chain actors (suppliers, schools, hospitals, members, affiliated businesses).
  • Use data analytics to identify financing gaps and craft targeted sector campaigns.
Internal Alignment & Coordination
  • Coordinate with Corporate, Retail, Bancassurance, Mortgage, KCB Foundation and DFS teams for aligned client engagement.
  • Champion mirror reporting to ensure fair attribution and cross-unit performance recognition.
Thought Leadership & Advocacy
  • Represent KCB in relevant FBO forums, conferences, and sector engagements to grow visibility and impact.
  • Provide insights on sector trends, policy shifts, and risks affecting the FBO banking segment.
