HCS Affiliates Group, is a one-stop human resources and management consultancy organization, headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya.Recruitment and Workforce ManagerOur client, an on-demand Courier Service that delivers products ordered through their mobile app seeks to recruit a Recruitment and Workforce Manager.DUTIES/ROLESWhat you will do:Agent Planning and Scheduling:
  • Develop and maintain agent schedules to meet operational needs.
  • Adjust schedules based on forecast volumes and real-time data.
Agent Recruitment:
  • Collaborate with HR and Supervisor to recruit and onboard new agents.
  • Ensure staffing levels align with business requirements.
Leave Management:
  • Manage annual and holiday leave requests.
  • Ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak periods.
Volume Predictions/Forecasting:
  • Analyze historical data to predict future task volumes and workloads.
  • Prepare and present accurate forecasts to the Supervisor.
Task Allocation:
  • Assign tasks to agents based on training and availability.
  • Monitor task completion and productivity.
Team Support:
  • Provide support to team leaders.
  • Address any workforce-related issues and implement solutions.
You have:
  • Being able to work under pressure and track thousands of movements every day.
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work weekends, early mornings, late nights, and occasional holidays, in annoperational 24/7 environment
  • Ability to multitask is highly recommended
  • Ability to learn quickly and adopt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and tools.
