- To provide high-level administrative and secretarial support while assisting with basic accounting and finance functions. The role requires a mature, dependable individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as calls, emails, and visitors.
- Maintain confidential files and records in an organized manner.
- Draft letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation as required.
- Support management and staff with administrative duties as needed.
- Assist with data entry of financial transactions into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar).
- Reconcile receipts, petty cash, and basic ledgers.
- Support invoice preparation and follow-ups on payments.
- Help in preparing financial reports for review by the accountant or manager.
- Liaise with external accountants or auditors when necessary.
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional qualification in Accounts/Finance (CPA I or II) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar administrative and accounts-support role.
- Strong computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor, maturity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
