- Receive, inspect, and shelve supplies; report discrepancies.
- Apply FIFO principles, label, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
- Issue materials only against authorised requisitions.
- Post Goods Received Notes in Sage X3; maintain accurate records.
- Participate in stock takes (regular, annual, quarterly for sports items and library).
- Forward invoices to finance and support audit queries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Stores/inventory management, procurement or an equivalent field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in stores/inventory management.
- ERP Exposure: Hands-on experience with inventory software; Sage X3 is a strong plus.
- Competencies: Communication, integrity, problem-solving, teamwork, organisational planning, and ability to work independently.
