  • Must be an adult Kenyan Citizen.
  • Must hold at least a secondary education qualification.
  • Proficiency in English and Kiswahili.
  • Be computer literate
Job DescriptionsThe following are the duties and responsibilities for the partisan staff:
  • Provide administrative and institutional support to the Member;
  • Keep the Member well informed about the day-to-day office operations;
  • Submitting monthly returns on Ward Office operations imprest
  • Draft official correspondence for the Member;
  • Prioritize incoming mail and enquiries;
  • Undertake general office management;
  • Ensuring prompt settlement of utility services bills.
  • Maintain a Member’s diary at the office by recording all major events that require the Member’s attention;
  • Supervise other staff in the office;
  • Custodian of office assets and records; and
  • Any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the Member.
