• Define and execute long-term strategy to drive growth and market leadership.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., GIS/Geomatics, Business, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related).
• Relevant professional certifications and commitment to continuous executive development.
• 7–10 years’ experience in a C-suite role with at least 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record in driving business growth, strategy execution, and organizational performance.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience overseeing operations and budgets.
• Demonstrated leadership, people management, and ability to build high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills, including Board engagement.
• Experience with enterprise software platforms (including ArcGIS preferred) and operating in international/multi-country environments, with strong problem-solving and innovation capability.
