Job PurposeThe Chief Executive Officer & Principal Officer (CEO & PO) is responsible for providing strategic, operational, and financial leadership to Directline Assurance, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and regulatory compliance. The role drives execution of the Company’s vision and strategy, while maintaining strong governance and delivering shareholder value in alignment with Board expectations.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership & Execution· Develop and implement the Company’s short and long-term strategy in alignment with Board direction· Translate strategy into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes· Drive business growth, market expansion, and product innovation2. Governance, Risk & Compliance· Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements (IRA) and corporate governance standards· Strengthen risk management frameworks and internal controls· Provide timely and accurate performance reporting to the Board4.
