Job Title: Solar Appointment Setter

Compensation: Base Pay + Commission per Ran Appointment + Bonuses/IncentivesOverview:We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Solar Appointment Setter with 1-2 years of cold calling experience, preferably in the solar or home services industry. You'll play a key role in generating interest in our solar solutions by setting qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a high-opportunity role for individuals who are eager to grow, perform, and earn.Quota & Performance Expectations:Minimum Weekly Quota: 10 qualified and ran appointmentsTarget Performance: 12 qualified and ran appointments per weekBonus Tier: 15+ qualified and ran appointments per weekConsistently meeting or exceeding targets will unlock weekly bonuses, higher commissions, and advancement opportunitiesKey Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to homeowners and promote solar energy solutionsQualify leads based on criteria and schedule appointments for sales reps to close in personEducate prospects on the benefits of solar in a concise, persuasive mannerTrack and manage lead activity through CRM softwareFollow up with leads to confirm appointments and ensure quality handoffsCollaborate with the sales team to improve appointment-to-sale conversionCompensation Structure:Base Pay: $700-1050Commission: paid per qualified appointment that runsBonuses/Incentives based on performance tiers (see above)Requirements:1-2 years of cold calling or inside sales experience (solar preferred)High level of self-motivation and accountabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage and hit weekly performance goalsCRM experience is a plusAvailable to work evenings/weekends as neededWhat We Offer:A supportive, growth-oriented work environmentUncapped earning potential with clearly defined bonus tiersTraining, tools, and mentorship to help you succeedOpportunity to grow into sales or leadership positionsBe part of the clean energy movement
