You will be required to identify, evaluate, and secure JV opportunities, while also leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets.Qualifications, Experience, and knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Land Economics (Second Class Honors, Upper Division) or a related field.
Member of the Real Estate Registration Board.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales and at least 1 year in a management/supervisory role.
Proven track record in real estate sales and business development.
Knowledge and application of sales techniques, including building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing sales.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Kenya.
