- Prepare and present clear, insightful performance reports and strategicrecommendations to clients and company leadership, articulating value and correctiveactions.3. Team Management & Mentorship- Lead and mentor the existing marketing team (Social Media/Account Managers, VideoEditors, Digital Marketing Executives), providing clear objectives, ongoing training, andconstructive performance feedback.- Instill a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across allmarketing functions.4. Business Development & Client Relations- Pitch to leads by crafting and presenting compelling, tailored marketing strategies andproposals that showcase Seargent Solutions' unique value and expertise.- Act as a senior consultant for high-value clients, ensuring transparent communication,strategic oversight, and proactive problem-solving to drive client retention andsatisfaction.Required Qualifications & Experience- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with atleast 1 year in a senior strategy or leadership role. Agency experience is mandatory.- Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing both Above-The-Line(e.g., mass media integration, brand strategy) and Below-The-Line (e.g., emailmarketing, paid search/social, direct campaigns) marketing programs.- Analytical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with marketing analytics platforms (e.g.,Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, CRM data) and the ability to translate datainto actionable strategy.- Pitching Skills: Proven success in sales support, including developing marketingproposals and presenting to senior client stakeholders and leads.Key Competencies- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and translate business goals intomeasurable marketing objectives.- Accountability: High level of ownership and responsibility for client results and teamperformance.- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, crucial for clientpresentations and PR activation.
