Operations Supervisor - Kampala at Jonerics Cargo Forwarders Limited

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and timely transit clearance services
• Supervise Kampala office activities and handle client inquiries
• Support business growth by acquiring new clients and promoting company services
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely payments
• Monitor performance and implement operational improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve issues
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
• Prepare operational reports and performance insights

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in operations (clearing & forwarding is an added advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
