Job Description :Job Title: General Trade Sales Coordinator (GTSC)Reports to: National Sales ManagerOur client is seeking a results-driven GT Sales Coordinator to lead their General Trade sales operations nationwide. The role will own GT sales targets (volume & revenue), manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners, and ensure numeric & weighted distribution growth of all products.Key Responsibilities:Deliver GT sales & distribution targets by region and channel.Manage and develop distributors, wholesalers, and retail networks.Lead and coach TDRs, reps, and van salesmen to drive execution.Secure numeric distribution and speed-to-market for new products.Ensure availability, pricing compliance, visibility, and activations in GT.Consolidate sales reports, competitor tracking, and market insights.Drive timely collections and enforce trade compliance.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.5–7 years’ FMCG sales experience (at least 3 in General Trade).Proven distributor & field team management experience.Strong negotiation, execution, and market development skills.
