- Analyse customer and market data to support ICP definition, persona targeting, and TAM/SAM/SOM modeling
- Assess pricing structures and packaging performance across industries and verticals
- Evaluate lead-to-close funnel efficiency, channel attribution, and segment performance
- Partner with marketing to test messaging hypotheses, A/B tests, and onboarding flows
- Develop competitive intelligence reports on key market players, features, and differentiators
- Maintain dashboards for GTM metrics including conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and segment trends
- Collaborate with sales enablement to track win/loss analysis, buyer objections, and pilot performance
- 4-7 years of experience in product analytics, marketing analytics, or GTM strategy
- Proficiency with analytics platforms: Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau/PowerBI, or Looker
- Experience working closely with marketing, sales, or revenue ops teams in B2B settings
- Strong Excel/Sheets and data visualization skills
- Experience conducting segmentation analysis, customer journey mapping, and market research
- Bonus: Background in SaaS, healthcare tech, govtech, or translation/localization services
