Partner with PGLS to develop a holistic language strategy that drives clarity, compliance, and global engagement.Senior Market Insights AnalystAs a Senior Market Insights Analyst focused on Go-to-Market Strategy & Insights, your mission is to provide market intelligence and data-driven recommendations that inform pricing, packaging, ICP targeting, and campaign optimization. You will serve as a key partner to marketing, sales, and product leadership, helping align strategic initiatives with performance metrics.This is an externally-oriented product analytics role focused on how well the product is positioned, sold, and adopted – not just how it's built.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse customer and market data to support ICP definition, persona targeting, and TAM/SAM/SOM modeling
  • Assess pricing structures and packaging performance across industries and verticals
  • Evaluate lead-to-close funnel efficiency, channel attribution, and segment performance
  • Partner with marketing to test messaging hypotheses, A/B tests, and onboarding flows
  • Develop competitive intelligence reports on key market players, features, and differentiators
  • Maintain dashboards for GTM metrics including conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and segment trends
  • Collaborate with sales enablement to track win/loss analysis, buyer objections, and pilot performance
Qualifications:
  • 4-7 years of experience in product analytics, marketing analytics, or GTM strategy
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms: Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau/PowerBI, or Looker
  • Experience working closely with marketing, sales, or revenue ops teams in B2B settings
  • Strong Excel/Sheets and data visualization skills
  • Experience conducting segmentation analysis, customer journey mapping, and market research
  • Bonus: Background in SaaS, healthcare tech, govtech, or translation/localization services
