- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
- In-depth knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
