- Accounts Payables Management
- Accurately process supplier invoices and maintain up-to-date supplier reconciliations.
- Manage timely payments to suppliers and statutory bodies as per schedules.
- Share proofs of payment and remittance advice promptly with suppliers.
- Farmer Accounts Management
- Prepare and issue farmer collection billings, ensuring timely payments. Reconcile farmer transactions between Capture Solutions and NetSuite.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in collection or payment records.
- Bank Reconciliations
- Record and post incoming deposits, bank charges, and interest into the accounting system.
- Perform timely and complete bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Petty Cash Management
- Issue and track petty cash in line with approved company policies.
- Maintain accurate petty cash records and perform daily reconciliations.
- Credit Card Management
- Process credit card replenishments and reconcile statements against receipts.
- Accurately post credit card transactions into the accounting system.
- Basic IT & System Administration
- Provide first-line support for hardware (laptops, printers) and basic network troubleshooting.
- Assist with user account setups, password resets, and simple system configuration tasks.
- Liaise with external IT support providers for escalations when required.
- Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and basic network documentation.
- Audit Support
- Retrieve and organize documents required for audits.
- Support auditors with timely data provision and follow-up on audit requests.
- Filing & Documentation
- Maintain a secure and organized filing system (both physical and digital).
- Ensure all financial documents are properly labeled, filed, and easily retrievable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology (BBIT) or related field.
- CPA-K qualification.
- 2+ years' experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Basic knowledge of hardware and network troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
