- Lead the administration and optimization of Salesforce to support unified Sales, Marketing, and RevOps workflows
- Architect and maintain sophisticated Flows for intelligent lead routing, automated lifecycle management, and data-driven triggers
- Execute advanced data operations—including deduplication, normalization, and enrichment
- Maintain the technical foundation of the CRM, including record types, page layouts, validation rules, and granular permission sets
- Build high-fidelity dashboards to track pipeline health, marketing attribution, and team performance metrics
- Seamlessly connect Salesforce with the broader ecosystem of sales enablement and marketing automation tools
- Manage a cutting-edge stack (ZoomInfo, Clay, D&B) and support AI-driven tools for high-efficiency prospecting and execution
- Partner with our client’s consulting teams to execute and support high-impact, client-facing Salesforce implementations
- Salesforce Certified Admin with 3+ years of platform experience
- Advanced Flow Builder with a focus on scalable, low-code automation
- Relational Data Expert with deep knowledge of record types and data modeling
- Data Management Pro skilled in large-scale deduplication and hygiene
- Proven ability to sync Sales and Marketing tech stacks
- Expert at building pipeline, activity, and attribution dashboards
- Experience utilizing external BI platforms (e.g., Klipfolio) to visualize complex data beyond native Salesforce reporting
- Functional knowledge of SQL for advanced data auditing, troubleshooting, and deep-dive analysis
- Familiarity with the emerging landscape of AI-powered RevOps tools, specifically for intelligent prospecting and automated data enrichment
- Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Primary Device:
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
- Peripherals and Workspace:
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
