In 2003, all operating companies were reversed into the current holding company called Safal Investments Mauritius Limited and conduct its business across Africa as the Safal Grou…Crane OperatorOverall Purpose of the PositionThe position involves operating a crane to handle paints, backer and primer inventory while also assisting with general store operations, including stock receipt, stores arrangement, Stock rotation, and paints issuance to Operations.Key Performance Areas

Safely operate crane to lift, move, and position heavy paint containers and supplies.
Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory using crane equipment.
Receive and store paint stock batchwise
Organize and label paints for easy identification.
Paint issuance to production as per the plan and ensure adherence to FIFO/ FEFO policy to avoid product expiries.
Manage return of production pain reject as per the Mabati Rolling Mills process
Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the paint stores.
Attend daily tier 1 meeting with Colour Coating Line team to address operational challenges
Maintain 6S and EHS at the paint store area as per Mabati Rolling Mills standards
Adhere to Company standards and policies in addition to all regulatory requirements
Follow all safety protocols and regulations related to crane operations.

RequirementsMinimum Requirements

Minimum academic qualification: KCSE
Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience
Valid crane operator license
