Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell the company’s range of cosmetics and dermatology products to doctors, dermatologists, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities, grow market share, and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards related to medical product promotion.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in selling cosmetics or dermatology products.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare and dermatological solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
