- Promote and sell the company’s range of cosmetics and dermatology products to doctors, dermatologists, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities, grow market share, and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards related to medical product promotion.
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in selling cosmetics or dermatology products.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and dermatological solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
