- Promote lodge accommodation, packages, and experiences to increase bookings and revenue.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including travel agents, tour operators, corporate groups, and direct guests.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, website, email, and offline channels.

- Manage the lodge's reservation system, ensuring accuracy of bookings, rates, availability, and confirmations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and reservations within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reservation/booking systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Results-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive problem-solver.
- Source and manage local procurement of products and services at the right price, time, and quality.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, local laws, and ESG requirements.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports (daily, monthly, quarterly).
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to support smooth operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, ideally Dynamics 365.
- Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- High ethical standards and integrity in procurement practices.
- Ability to work independently, creatively, and collaboratively within a team.
- Support the development and execution of the marketing strategic plan, including project timelines and measurable KPIs.
- Drive growth in online and direct sales through targeted digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
- Design and produce in-house marketing materials (banners, POS, menus, postcards) in line with brand guidelines.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, digital advertising, and SEO.
- Implement and manage the CRM program, overseeing the customer database, email marketing, and customer touchpoints to support loyalty initiatives.
- Manage and monitor marketing budgets and campaign performance, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable ROI.
- Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with key retail partners, such as distributors and major retail outlets.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and partners (e.g., website developers, designers, photographers) and provide performance reports on marketing campaigns and website metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing or digital media.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across different business verticals.
- Stakeholder management experience, working effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Content marketing expertise, including content creation, curation, and brand-aligned copywriting.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, including use of tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Analytics.
- Digital marketing channel expertise, including email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, video marketing (YouTube, TikTok), and social media.
- Creative and technical marketing skills, including competitive analysis, conversion rate optimization, and basic visual/graphic design.
- Manage project tracking and execution using Trello, ensuring meeting outcomes, deadlines, and accountabilities are documented and followed through.
- Monitor and coordinate monthly reporting across departments to ensure timely submission to the General Manager.
- Track project implementation and progress, following up with responsible managers to reduce delays and ensure timely completion.
- Support execution of the company's strategic plan by coordinating day-to-day priorities and ensuring alignment across departments.
- Provide executive support to the General Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and email management.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and operational summaries, and record minutes to support informed decision-making.
- Act as a communication bridge between the GM and department heads, ensuring priorities, follow-ups, and deadlines are clearly communicated and met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, production, QC, and supply chain teams, supporting data accuracy, project implementation, and special strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Over 10 years' experience in administration, project management.
- Strong skills in planning and cost management.
- Experienced in executive support and administration, including scheduling, reporting, and coordination.
- Experience in coordinating a team of about 20 people.
- Proven track record of improving workflow efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Trello or another mgmt. tool.
- Excellent communicator and multitasker, able to balance people leadership and executive support.
