- Conduct market and sector research across energy, infrastructure, and investment domains.
- Support sourcing, screening, and evaluation of candidates for ongoing mandates.
- Prepare role briefs, company overviews, and candidate summaries.
- Maintain accurate and organised data within internal systems and reports.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and communication between candidates and clients.
- Assist senior team members with project delivery, scheduling, and documentation.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-building and process improvement initiatives.
- 0-3 years of professional experience in any relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, emerging markets in Africa, or talent advisory.
- Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
