- Strategic Initiative Stewardship – Drive and track execution of key organizational initiatives, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and aligned with business priorities.
- Project Management – Develop, manage, and continuously update critical path timelines, workplans, and action trackers to ensure disciplined execution across projects.
- Project Tracking & Accountability – Monitor progress against milestones, proactively follow up with initiative owners, and ensure accountability for timelines and outputs.
- Problem Solving – Identify bottlenecks and risks early, propose practical solutions, and escalate issues where necessary to maintain momentum.
- Executive Support & Coordination – Provide structured support to the Managing Director through prioritization of tasks, coordination of key engagements, preparation of briefs, and tracking of decisions and action points to ensure effective execution.
- Information & Workflow Management – Maintain organized systems and documentation that enable efficient tracking, reporting, and execution of business priorities.
- A degree in Administration or Business-Related Field.
- An individual with 4 - 5 years of experience in managing executive functions
- Team player and able to fit in a professional services firm.
- An individual with growth mind-set.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven and motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
- Strong aptitude, a commercial mind and intellectual ability to grasp concepts and information in the communication field.
- Strong in building and nurturing relationships and effective in execution and follow through.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term, high quality, trusted relationships.
- Plans, organizes and prioritizes work to be able to set and meet stretching targets and strict deadlines.
