- Promote and sell the company's range of alcoholic beverage products to new and existing clients in the assigned region.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new customers including retail outlets, bars, restaurants, and Wines & Spirits shops.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer accounts, including credit limits and timely payments.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and other performance KPIs as set by management.
- Provide regular feedback from customers and the market to help improve product offerings and service delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share them with the sales team leader or management.
- Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and stay updated on competitor activity.
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility at the point of sale.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales of alcoholic beverages or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
- Deep understanding of the Wines & Spirits retail market and distribution channels
- Valid driver's license or motorcycle license is an added advantage
