- Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns for brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Manage Out-of-Home (OOH) marketing efforts, including billboards and Partner Day.
- Coordinate participation in events such as industry academies, trade shows, and business expos.
- Build and maintain the African customer success storybook to showcase client achievements.
- Oversee the company's social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Create, edit, and manage engaging content for digital channels.
- Run lead generation and nurturing campaigns through email, social media, and digital ads.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
- Support relationship building with partners, clients, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Assist in coordinating co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
- Ensure all communication aligns with the company's brand identity.
- Develop promotional materials, newsletters, and press releases.
- Support internal communication campaigns to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Marketing (e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing Certification) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or technology-driven industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
